What a Renaissance Man! He does it all, including making me feel totally inadequate! What a magnificent project that is truly the pinnacle of what NJO has showcased. I’d be curious to know what the actual build cost is, excluding labor, of course.

He is not only extraordinarily talented, but he is an articulate speaker. He doesn't use unnecessary words and doesn't use phrases that negate his descriptions ("this is kind of a ..." or "I sort of made ....")
