I like to imagine that this is what Amuro and Sayla were doing off screen during Zeta and ZZ Gundam.

This is what South Korea's animation industry was making aside from being used as animation outsourcing by US and Japanese companies.

I heard they had a sequel planned where the evil Noah Light would try and slap Captain Cosmos.

Do not disappoint this movie, it's a Hong Kong/Japanese animated production and it's a nostalgic piece of work, they've put a lot of effort for making it. I still remember it correctly when it aired in the Philippines (as a two-parter.) on saturday night children's block, Kids 'R Us on PTV-4 a very long time ago, Filipino viewers might still be remembered it today. As for the characters, they looked quite familiar: Captain Leo (Amuro Ray), Mandy (Sayla Mass), Paul, the a**hole (Hayato Kobayashi), the unnamed kid tourist (Katz) and Toms (Dozle Zabi), they're all from Mobile Suit Gundam. And lastly, the EN dub wooden dialogue was utterly disastrous.
