  You can absolutely tell by their answers which nurses and doctors are being civil sued by the Clancy’s.

  Im just nauseated by the sound of the DAs voice.. im so over listening to them ask the same questions over and over, show the same kitchen photo just to ask about a dang takeout bag.. 🗑🚮

  Prosecutors are doing an amazing job of confirming the crime occurred.  HOWEVER they haven’t done a single thing to demonstrate INTENT… and frankly they are making the case for the defense day by day.

  Her defense attorney did more investigative work then the detectives jeez!!! That department needs to fire everyone and start over.

  I have yet to see the prosecutors prove or support a single ounce of their argument that LC was aware and understood the wrongfulness of her actions. All I’m seeing is a literal repeat after repeat of the events, data, and tests… to which the defense has ALREADY stipulated to. At this point, I don’t even know what the prosecutors are trying to show now.

  That court reporter has to repeat every word they say into transcripts AND she enters all new evidence/exhibits.  I bet she is worn out each day when she leaves.
