The problem in the very first clip could be eliminated if it were mandated that drivers must be paid by the hour or a percentage.<br><br>When you tell a driver the more miles they drive the more money they make, then stick them in a 67 mph truck, they are going to try and stay at 67 mph all day every day everywhere.<br><br><br>I realized just how bad this was when I changed companies and started getting paid by the hour. I'm in no rush, I don't need to road rage, and I don't need to drive over my hours. It's so much better than that treadmill of mileage pay.

To be fair, the slow truck driver is probably governed outside of their control. That doesn’t give the permission to sit in the left lane but the ones who need to be governed to avoid speeding are the real steering wheel holders. I’m governed, at 75, and for most places i go that’s either the speed limit or faster. I went down I-29 in SD speed limit 80, the one exception in 2 years, and everywhere else i just do the speed limit and I don’t need a governor to tell me to not speed.

Red tractor with the trailer laid on its side is Holyoke Massachusetts. It’s a notorious bridge. It catches everybody N. Main St. down. There runs parallel with the lower canal.
