  Great reasons that comes to mind is wanting to help the community, making an impact amongst others, and going an extra mile doing so. That's different than saying, “i want to join because of the sisterhood!”

  Sis you gave ALOT of great pointers. I’m 26 and recently was initiated into our sisterhood a week before my graduation. Now at 21, I knew I wanted to be an Alpha woman but GOD knew I wasn’t ready. Now that I have daughters and a son I have a greater reason to get out there and really put in the work to make an impact to my babies 💚 Great video.

  This is so crazy an organization that I'm interested in is having a drive and I won't be able to make it. I've been sitting here wondering is it fine for me to reach out to someone to see if there is a way I could contribute anyway.. thank you so much for the advice!!!!

  Reason #4 is worth the time spent watching the entire video alone. I'm not a part of any BGLO however even I have heard the "sisterly" line. 🙃

  old video hope you see this! I had been showing face for about 2 semesters consistently I feel like our chapter doesn’t like “thirsty” girls who go to everything back to back so I tried to do a day in between. However this semester I honestly was gone from campus this semester and going through personal stuff. I’m cool with a few girls in the org but I’m always nervous to talk to them about that stuff since I’m pretty oblivious to those rules. But I know we should be having a line next semester my resume is great but I’ve had a few potential hiccups do you think I’d be okay?
