  Alright Melissa residents. I hear you 😂 A lot of you think I was too hard on Melissa and that I missed some of the growth happening there. I’m going to revisit. What places should I go to that would change my opinion?

  Frisco looked like Anna and Melissa 20 years ago. You gotta buy what you can afford in a location you can deal with.

  I’ve been in Anna 4 1/2 and I haven’t had any issues. With any of these suburbs if you’re waiting for the infrastructure to develop you will get hammered with the bill on the price of your home. So you have to have the mindset of dealing with the growing pains 🤷🏾‍♂️.

  Went house hunting in Princeton. The sizes of those rooms were insulting for the home prices. A  tiny home has more square footage. Some had no dinning room, no decent pantry, the secondary bedrooms were the size of a cubicle. The bathroom  finishes are beyond cheap. $30,000 homes being sold for $320,000 and up. I have viewed manufacturer homes that look way better and have more square footage for less money. Why can't I have my own mailbox if I buy a house? Thats apartment complex living accept you do get your own yard and you pay property taxes.

  Every one of these are so far from Dallas it’s almost crazy to call them suburbs.  Richardson, Garland, Farmers Branch, Irving, Carrollton, Mesquite… those are suburbs of Dallas.  Everything on this list is in the boonies.  These are “cities” of home-builder nightmares.

  At the end he talks about buying established areas which is nice but it's going to cost you $100,000+ more. You saved $100k+ because it WASN'T CONVENIENT.

  At <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGeuZ1kE_eQ&amp;t=178">2:58</a> you say Little Elm and Celina are “literally 6 minutes apart.” &nbsp; That is only true if you have a helicopter! &nbsp;It’s more like 20 at best.
