  Man it is tough when your routine gets interrupted.  It does make these videos real to see how you overcome.  Just remember those who can do, and those that can’t just post rude comments on YouTube.  Just remember that you officially open ar 6 so if you are running a little behind your customers will understand, they are just glad to be there.  No Pressure.

  Lights, grill lights, biscuits, gravy, grits, turn on waffles, set tray in toaster,  get bread ready, turn on grill, turn on  stove and fryer. Rugs, grab yellow cloth dampen and wipe grill. Fill sauces, fill speed trays. Get your sanitized cloths at stations, bacon, links, finish gravy and grits, fill in warmers, get your espresso, finish soup, and fill in warmer. Toast Jerry, greet Mr. Campbell, and start cooking.

  Ricky I believe in what you're doing. You love big and you worry big. The comments you mention in the beginning of this episode about the refrigerator temps razzled you. You carried it with right through the front door and it affected your entire opening. Once you get back to your routine and once you get to see all the beautiful people things will be back to normal. Keep doing what you are doing. You have a support system!! Maybe it's time someone told you...No pressure!
