  I honestly believe 21.5 million is a bargain. This house is probably the only reason I want to be a billionaire. <br>Not the power, influence, luxuries, travel. Just this piece of heaven. I would never leave it.

  Probably the only property tour on YouTube where the home is actually worth the asking price. Having driven by it on the PCH, this area is unreal and to have that much land is insane

  The man who owned this was not even 30 &nbsp;in 1971 when it was built. What a visionary to create such a place. Peter Mullin was his name.. this was only one of his homes. What a wonderful legacy he left. He started from humble means and lived the life of his dreams

  I used to live there in 1995. My uncle is the original caretaker and built the main house and caretakers quarters.
