Bought a fancy goldfish at a PetSmart for our boys and really cared for it. Named it Rocky. When it got too big for bowl, we moved it to a 10 gallon tank with a filter and it eventually a 55 gallon tank. Cleaned the tank regularly and fed it well. It actually lived to be 6 1/2 years old and 11 inches long.
