  Those voice notes were absolutely beautiful man, two men being vulnerable and honest with each other. Shedding some tears here. I got 198 days sober and had a relapse in March 2025, and everything got worse. I had my last drink on the 5th of December 2025 and atm I&apos;m not thinking of a drink even though I&apos;m ill with the flu and can&apos;t get to meetings. But fellowship, fellowship is so important. The escapism is absolutely true, it&apos;s escaping from dealing with the internal struggle, being in a crowd and feeling you&apos;re all alone. I now realise I need a program in my life, I can&apos;t run on self-will, self-will just get me drunk all over again because the ego just gets too much. Power to you both ❤

  This is powerful, &nbsp;im currently going through a struggle where im literally trying not to drink at lunch time before i go back to work, &nbsp;i literally cant even go to the shops without a hip flask.<br>I got to that point where i was drinking in secret on my own, &nbsp;hiding bottles from my wife around the house, &nbsp;buying mini bottles of wine when i pop to the shops and necking it on the way home.<br>Its crazy how its built upto this over 20 years.<br>I have stopped for 1 month maximum.<br>Im now 1 week in zero alcohol and this video is really helping me right now, &nbsp;ive been watching it on my lunch break all week and its helped me this week massivly so thankyou and all the best to both of you ❤

  Keep going lads .. im 3 years sober ...life has changed for the better i didnt wanna stop until i crashed my van lost my job and got nicked nearly lost house ...wife.. kids . Life has never been better im happy wifes happy kids happy congratsnto u both

  Fuck me lads, been going through this myself for years.<br><br>two months in now and so much has changed, motivation is better than ever and I can finaly start to see the light.<br><br>Just came across this pod for the first time, I&apos;m 24 mins in walking home from the gym and it had me crying 🤦 Walked in the house and my misses was worried asking me what&apos;s a matter, what I done... says it all really don&apos;t it.<br><br>Looking forward to working through these podcasts and helping me on my journey.<br><br>Thank you 🙏

  Started November 30th.....frist dry Christmas and new year in 40 years.... Money saved on packets, immense..... Feeling much better
