Love this game, and watching playthroughs like yours. The biggest gripe I have with Firewatch is that they didn't do enough QA on the "Read" mode, especially with the report pages. Elsewhere there are minor misspellings, but for the report pages, you really have to look at the images to understand them, and important information is missed if you rely only on the text versions. For example, the Henry pages don't match the Observational Traits at all. Other pages in the tent don't translate well when looking at the text display.

Ned destroyed the girls' camp. The girls thought it was Henry and wrote the nasty note for him to find. You learn this by finding their camping equipment and magazines in Ned's bunker.

The selfie was when the camera went off when Henry took the camera out of the backpack.

The cave had always been blocked off. That was a conversation you missed from Delilah when you first enter the cave and see the gated entrance. She lets you know that it's locked to prevent inexperienced people from dying in them. You have to contact the Forest Service for the key, but it's been missing for 3 years.

You are correct on Ned using the vacated site to lead Henry on. That's why you find the incomplete report pages in the bunker. Every time he made a typing mistake, he'd have to start all over again.

Also, the call from Julia was a dream. The only way it could have been Julia is if she was in the tower with Delilah. They were using short range radios. Also, Delilah commented on it in the next scene when Henry was going to fetch the supplies.

Leave no trace. If you can pack, it in you can pack it out. Especially if it's empty.

I don't think Ned gave you the key. He had it squirreled away and you found it. .....and stole it. :D

What I find funny is that 'locked' cave had like ten unsecured ways into into it other than the main entrance.

Oh yeah.... rope.
