  Based on how they are treating him, including forbidding him to know what all he's been accused of & having access to discovery, this local police department, the court, the city, county & state are ALL opened up to lawsuits and much worse, that can be extended all the way up to the US Supreme Court, because they have violated multiple national constitutional rights.  As for this company, they deserve to be held accountable for their felonious false accusations to the police, the DA & judge deserve to be exposed nationally, arrested, sentenced & convicted, sending them into the federal prisons, with those that they've wrongly convicted, but given no protections while locked up.  Let karma & lady justice tag team them with extreme prejudice.

  Walking into a Courtroom without a lawyer is one of the dumbest things you could do, especially if you have all the evidence Ben had.  It should have been a slam dunk for him.

  The cops are treating this case like a joke, like it’s some publicity stunt. It’s an actual criminal case, and they need to understand that. They shouldn’t be biased here.

  This is one of the most blatant cases of police corruption I&apos;ve ever seen. He should have gotten a lawyer. It would have gone much better. Not perfect, but definitely better.
