  It always amuses me when someone uses the phrase &quot;mandatory tip.&quot; If a tip is mandatory, it ceases to be a tip and becomes a forced levy instead. There is no such thing as a mandatory tip.

  Should&apos;ve pointed the camera down instead of filming someone while they work, only reason he gave the finger was beacause of the camra. <br>Common etiquette, not everybody likes to be filmed.

  Americans get pickpocketed all across Europe. Because for some reason, they always put their wallet in their backpockets. Also, their phone&apos;s usually. If you go around inviting people to pick your pocket, they will do so. It&apos;s nothing to do with being racist. It&apos;s just that if you are stupid you are an easy target

  In most European countries the waiter/waitress will come to take your order when you have closed the menu and put it back on the table. As long as you keep looking at the menu, no one will come over to take your order.
