doing things intentionally is so important to my craft. I take daily medication for my adhd, and taking it is the first bit of magic each day for me. It is a reminder that I do not need to be perfect to be whole, and that I have worked hard to get to where I am. It's also a promise to do the things I need to do, to protect myself from the spiral of anxiety I end up in when I'm unmedicated.

So I am not sure how many others do this but one of the ways I started simple was in the shower when I go to wash my hair I will let the water run over my head imagining it pulling all the negative from my brain and body. It feels really nice but yet very simple. I feel so much better afterwards. Almost brand new.

I'm still fairly new to the craft, and the channel. I absolutely love how you make it so much less intimidating for someone trying to learn! Also I love your accent!

Something i do for super easy and simple glamor magic, is put rose quartz in my rose water face mist, and use it with the intention of seeing myself with more love.

I have to commute to work on the subway so I take headphones with an audiobook and follow along in the book. I visualize a yellow bright light coming from the book and surrounding me with a protective aura. This makes me feel like I'm safe and magical while going to work and coming back.

Practical witch tips:
- try using what's around you first. Oftentimes the best solution is right under your nose, plus you arent spending more than you need to
- dont work with new materials until you know how to do so safely, especially when made into something consumable or burnable
- dont underestimate how useful a funnel can be. curled up paper can work
- keep a journal. doesnt have to be daily, just note what works and doesnt work, what new things you learn, and what you want to learn. Journaling can also be a great time to practice mindfulness and gratitude

I loved all of your tips!! Can't wait for part three ✨ I think the easiest one for me is definitely working with mindfulness. I like to use a method called 5x5x5 (usually taught against coming anxiety attacks but it works perfectly for grounding and centering yourself in the now) You just need to focus on 5 things you can see, 5 things you can hear and 5 things you can feel. It's super effective, low energy and not time consuming and can be done everywhere you are! I also include Sigils everywhere I go, on jewelry, my skin, clothing (very honored for including me in your teachings 💚).
I also loved your tips about creating sacred spaces in your life that can work as a safety bubble or power house. It never occurred to me to use my mind to create a sacred space, absolutely love it!
