  To Cody  ☆  My dad worked in an office all his life.  He hated the outdoors.  I have loved the outdoors since a young boy.   Jumping the fence that shielded our neighborhood from the Woods or Forest..  Pretending to live there until time to jump the fence and go back to my city life family.    I am 50 years old  (Old man now),  but every day since I was about 6 years old  to now my one wish was that my dad had taken me fishing or hunting.  You are a trooper and you will never have to wish for that now, no matter what you do from now on you are a man.  👍 Great Job hanging in there.  Most other men could have never done that.   You can do anything you set your mind to.  God bless you brother.  🙏

  Good stuff. Although Coy might seem miserable at times, I assure you he will look back on these memories fondly as some of the best times of his life. You are an incredible father figure.

  This reminds me of your scene on season 8 of alone when you said. I&apos;ve been in lion country and I&apos;ve been in bear country but I&apos;ve never been stalked by a big cat or charged by a grizzly. They must not be as wild as this. That just stuck with me from the show and watching y&apos;all kinda stalk the cat for a second. In the wild you never know what could be watching you while you are watching something else. Gives you goosebumps thinking about it.

  Added crocs to my kit this year! Love them in camp at the end of the day or for crossing streams! Waiting on spring bears to pop out any day here in SE AK🙌🏽
