As a sens fan I'll agree that the sens lost the trade (for now) but the return was far from horrendous

yeah, did you guys not see what i did with hildeby las season? his improvement from the previous season was 10 fold ffs, his mature level was a huge jump, he was relaxed, calm and best of all.....he was the only goalie who played last year that i wasn't worried about him being injured for two months every second game ....in otherwards i felt like woll and stolarz were made of glass and hildy.....a brick!!!!

Brady being the sole differentiator between playoffs and non-playoffs is definitely a take. Especially when that guy has mentally checked out, to an obvious degree.

careers are short lived . He wants to go to a team that was in the finals three years straight , to have a realistic chance of winning a cup, And play beside his brother. A no brainer on his part

55:43 If the Leafs can get the fourth overall pick it’s to get a no. 1 center in the draft. Sammy, that’s not going backwards it’s going forwards. Tavares has a few seasons left and Matthews has two years left. Center is an absolutely desperate need for Toronto. That is an upgrade on Knies. Toronto desperately needs to address the need for a top center. Bjorck has higher upside than Stenberg. Look at his record breaking numbers. Calling it now: a Toronto pick of Bjorck makes a ton of sense. 4th overall can get you that, Malholtra, or even Lawrence. If you can get a top line center for Knies you do it. Someone named Crosby was impressed with Bjorck, and I have no doubt Toronto would think highly of him as well. Forget his size. He plays an elite two way game. Best center in the draft.

People were saying Raddysh could get 10 mil and 8.5 is an "overpay" ....I mean he is definitely worth that if he is somewhere between last year and the years before. How can you say nobody would pay that? Of course other teams would pay that.
