  I can totally relate to this sister. I'm 74 and decided to move to the Motherland years ago. When family and friends asked, "Why" , I reminded them that our Ancestors never asked to come to America. ..they were were kidnapped, enslaved, and transported thousands of miles across an ocean....and that I'm simply going home. I visited Rwanda for 5 weeks in 2024 to learn and experience the country first hand after researching it for 2 years. It's important to understand the history, laws, and social sensibilities of Rwanda...and to connect with others that have successfully relocated here.  I moved here in 2025 and I'm lovin' it!

  Im a hospice registered nurse and want to move to Addis Ababa from Chicago. Im going to visit next January and I&apos;ll be 70. I feel the exact same way about the US. I can&apos;t retire in this toxic environment. You are an inspiration!!!
