  A friend of mine built a cart back in the day with a 440 Sachs (sp?) free-air snowmobile engine. Not sure what they had for hp (40 maybe???) and it was a death ride, so much fun!!<br>Great video! Your skills and workmanship are amazing. Thanks for sharing!

  fantastic!! Would look so much cooler if the wheels were a little bigger especially the rear ones. Man, it would have looked sweeter.

  I would block the screws of the sprocket with nuts. We lost them few years ago

  looks like a load of fun, about the only thing different I would do vs. his design is in the application of accelerator brake and clutch, I&apos;d of done clutch far left side foot pedal *instead of paddle behind steering wheel, and put accelerator and brake side by side on right side, which creates a riding habit that even if you get over excited while riding it you have to get off accelerator to brake, one of the biggest issue I recall as kids riding gokarts with centrifugal clutch and having brake far left and accel far right was people would forget to get off accell when they needed to brake and then panic when kart didn&apos;t slow down lol

  I would say, steer with your strong hand, shift with your weak hand. shifter on the left side unless you&apos;re left handed.

  My dad had a proper race go-kart in the 1970&apos;s and he put a Yamaha XT 500 engine in it, it was the scariest thing id ever sat in. While it was only a single cylinder, &nbsp;with all that torque it had it was ridiculously fast

  Sounds like it could use 3 - 4 more teeth on front sprocket, and a bit more rev allowance on limiter. &nbsp;imho

  I can do this... I just wish I had the shop and accessories to accomplish it... I would do it for nothing... Fun and satisfying has the gentleman building in the video
