  That’s exactly why I never trust Evelynn as a champ to actually secure a kill without R even when I am ahead. Every other assassin in the game : kayn, rengar, khazix, … you name it would have been able to instakill that talon there <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=daWMewJPU6Y&amp;t=1114">18:34</a> even if they were at equal measure. But Eve here being 2 levels ahead full mejais + raba + lich (those are her core items btw) and talon having 0 mr or hp items and eve still couldn’t kill it. This is a clear indicator that the nerfs on her Q that should have been reverted since sorc/eyeball/sudden/raba/ nerfs makes Eve a very unreliable assassin, especially since 1 wrong death and Evelyn could be out of the game entirely.
