  I'm so glad to see that The Aztec Chef has moved to a different location. I was saddened when I drove past their old restaurant at the service station and saw that it was closed. I hope that they're successful at this new location. Everything that y'all ordered looked delicious. I'm going to go there after our area thaws out from all the ice. Thanks for the video. You're keeping me updated on local restaurants and I appreciate it.

  Gosh I drove by after the old restaurant closed and saw them painting this one. When they finished I loved the bright color outside and wondered what the food was like. So glad you did this review.

  We got 3 inches of snow ❄️ and sleet. I was so blessed that we didn&apos;t lose power 🙏. Monday night 5 degrees....<br>Love Mexican food. <br>Stay safe 🙏.

  I hope yall were as blessed as Randolph County NC with this storm. Up until the very last minute they were still saying we could get a significant icing from freezing rain. &nbsp;If it rained at all I never saw it. We had mostly sleet here and never lost power by the grace of God!

  You are right, there is no such thing as too much cheese. We always say that. All the food looked delicious. And I also loved the decor!

  It left us ice and freezing rain. Looks like a little was wanting to melt. Temperatures are going to freeze this back up. I love the way it looks. I love old buildings and what is special is that Shawnsie&apos;s mom worked there. That was awesome. The food looks marvelous. Have a real good night. ❤❤

  In general the birria taco’s (bEEr-e-ya) are made by dipping the tortillas into the sauce the meat was cooked in and a little bit of oil and placed on a griddle and fried. Very delicious, especially when dipped in the consommé
