As weird as it seems, in my family personally "Tayo na" means let's go, but we use "Tara na" to emphasize we need to hurry up and go.

After watching the film, I understand why they used “Tayo na” instead of “Tara na” , my mom personally uses that all the time but “Tayo” means a lot of things too, “Us” “Together” etc. now after watching the film, we find ourselves using “tayo na” ❤️

In Southern Tagalog, we still use "Tayo Na" for "let's Go". "Kita Na" if just the two of us.

For me, the most formal way of saying it is "Halina tayo". I still say "Tayo na". This video made me feel really old. 😂

For me, "Tayo na" can mean "Let's go" or "It's our turn". It can also mean "Stand up" if you change the pronunciation to tayô (stand).
