  Because asriel is the prince and in the fight asgore is missing so he would be fhr king of the underground at that point so he should have diplomatic immunity

Sure, the monster civilization was unhappy due to the humans trapping them for a very long time, however considering in the TPE monsterkind was saved by Frisk, a HUMAN, i doubt a second war would start from the monsters as they know humans can be good. And considering how weak most monsters are compared to humans in Undertale, I doubt monsterkind would do any amount of harm towards humans.

  Don&apos;t forget that the stronger version of Asriel&apos;s laser attack explodes into stars at the end of the attack which makes it a weapon of mass destruction

  I don’t understand how Papyrus gets charged for hurting Frisk, but also get charged for helping them-<br>I guess Papyrus’ job was to capture them, not hurt them…?

  Can Asriel&apos;s star attack be considered a WMD? I mean, they&apos;re cartoony stars, not literal stars. I&apos;d say it&apos;s more of a deadly weapon, given that they&apos;re a few meters in diameter.
