So disappointing how the judicial system gave this guy 10 years in prison for conning rich people, but rich people conning poor people just get a slap on the wrist, assuming they ever get anything.

Low key I admire how he scammed big wine brands single-handedly. If he scammed poor ppl, he wouldve survive like other filthy rich, but because he was against those wine empires, its a different story. His family is well-known rich family here in Indonesia, his uncle is a successful business man with money laundering background.

So, he went to all this trouble to counterfeit these wines. He bought the wax, ages the labels, mixed the wines. But he couldn’t take a few minutes to research the vineyards,which is actually the easiest part, and would have told him the years the wines were produced.

These scammers always get too greedy, drop in a few slightly rare bottles every now and then. Don't blitz the market with the rarest bottles on earth ffs 🤦♂️
