Around 11:00 - dynamics are such a huge part of Andy's greatness. No two consecutive notes are played the same and it keeps your ears constantly wanting more.

 Wow!!! Kris and Andy Timmons...
One my my favourite guitar players and, to me the best guitar tone on the planet. So expressive! He's a TOPGUN. Best of the Best!
Not to mantion that he is so cool, so humble.
Electric Gipsy...Kris, you got this... :)

Really great interview Kris (and playing!). I would never have the confidence to hold Andy Timmons Number 1 guitar for him let alone play an Andy Timmons song in front of Andy Timmons (or be trusted to open his signed Brian May record with a knife for that matter).

Consider for a moment what a superlative job Ibanez A&R has done with their artist roster over so many decades: Satriani, Vai, Timmons, Gilbert - arguably four of the most influential, legendary players ever who also happen to be four of the most humble human beings around. Then consider the job Ibanez is doing with newer generations of players like Yvette Young, Josh Smith, Tim Henson/Scottie LaPage, Lari Basillio, Kiko Loureiro, Martin Miller, Tom Quayle just to name a few. And let's not forget George Benson, John Scofield, Pat Metheny and even Paul Stanley. Not too shabby... XD

Andy is always a great interview! Gotta get that new album. For inspiration, I always watch the ancient "Cry For You" video with the Laney amps. Amazing! And Resolution is a must have collection of killer songs.
