WE NEED ANOTHER ISSERLIS VIDEO! I could listen to his musical ideas all day and the way he speaks just makes so much sense

I love Steven Isserlis! You should do episodes where you focus on one particular piece or movement.

It really spoke to me when Steven talks about how one may have a great technique, yet not focusing on that but being caught up in the mood of the music and that is what gets the audience truly involved in the performance.

The musician is simply a conduit to bring the story of the music to the audience, rather than themselves being the focus because of their technical ability.

Benjamin Zander said in one of his Masterclasses that, "yes you're a great cellist, but what else have you got? You have to be able to reach your audience." As a brand new cellist, that struck me hard.

Gracias Pablo. La historia, la comunidad del violonchelo nunca podrá agradecerte lo suficiente lo que estás haciendo en cuestión de difusión, concepto, conocimiento etc de nuestro instrumento. Talking Cello son vídeos de un valor incalculable. Gracias nuevamente
