  BRAVO - kind of! You are the first guy to touch on the fact that phase change requires energy. once I learned this law of physics I was able to understand a lot of things better. Like why a bottle of really cold beer doesn&apos;t freeze until you open the cap, &nbsp;no energy available until the air hits it, air has thermal energy. <br>Also why liquid propane burns you and gives you frostbite at the same time. 2 things going on at once - liquid is boiling once it hits air this burns you, propane boils at minus 46 degrees so there is a massive need for energy , it&apos;s using all the thermal energy from your skin therefore you freeze while being burned at the same time!<br>I feel if more instructors explained this before explaining refrigeration people would understand the principles being taught a lot easier.<br>Thanks, really enjoy your content.

  Great video. &nbsp;I like the small doses of info to avoid detail overload. &nbsp;Superheat now and Subcooling later. &nbsp;When you&apos;re new, you get scramble brain with too many details at one time.
