  Hello Daisy. <br>To answer your clothing question, whether I take my clothes from the dryer, or air dry them, which I do most of the time in the summer, they either get immediately folded or put on hangers.<br>As for your your spare room situation I cannot judge you one single bit. My mother passed in 2015 and my dad in 2023. They had always lived in the house I grew up in. After my dad passed I ended up with the house. My old bedroom had become a storage room...for years! It was packed full. I started one time to clean it out/up and made a little progress but then had to add items that had been stored outside in a former vehicle of my late sister. So, back to square one and 3 years later I still have that chore to do...someday! I just keep the door closed so I don&apos;t see it.😵‍💫<br>Sorry about your knee. Like you, I would probably consider trying home exercises like found on youtube but take it from me it&apos;s best to get one on one instruction from a physical therapist if possible at first then guage your progress and go from there. One on one you can ask questions that may come to mind.<br>Looks like I may have to find me a &nbsp;playroom with a ball pit and regain some of my youth! <br>Greetings to your husband and Mr. Inshirou.   Inflammation is the biggest cause of arthritis cutting back on certain foods will help. Getting a small brace will also help but it’s not to be used for permanent pain or support, but when things are especially inflamed. I do hope you feel better soon.

  Yes one day at a time cleaning/sorting. &nbsp;Awe your little fish &amp; little lizzard, must be hot for them too. &nbsp;Hope they are taken care of as well. &nbsp;Your lizzard needs something else in his little enclose to keep him occupied - not sure what kind of pet this is exactly but he looked at you while filming.

  What about slowly thinking when your son go to school to get different job? Current one work well for the timing you need now.<br>But not suitable for your health for long term run. Something less physically challenging. <br>Also try to cut process food and drinks, sugars, try to change rice for quinoa, dark bread and pasta.<br>You are lucky in Japan the food quality is top so you can make only small adjustments. Try to look for supplements. <br>Wishing you all the best of health. 🌸
