  Gao Zhiseng was a Christian Chinese lawyer who tried to defend the Uyghurs, Falun Gong and others who were being persecuted. The only reason he was not killed was because he was known international for his human activism. However, he was captured 3 times and tortured far beyond those he tried to defend. He was determined to fight against the Communist regime against the inhumane treatment of people groups. Unfortunately, it is believed that he was captured and tortured once again, then released under heavy surveillance with no access to the outside world. Fortunately, his wife and daughter managed to escape to America. Despite repeated request for his well-being and whereabouts, has gone unanswered.

  my brother disappeared for almost a year now. we do not know where he is, if he is still alive or dead. his children started to forget about him as they are too little when he was taken away. I think there are millions of Uyghur and other ethnic minority families experiencing the same. CCP is a Very brutal, very cruel regime that must be eliminated from the earth!

  its what they did to the Tibetans in 1950&apos;s then the Han Chinese were relocated to Tibet, I am 71 and nothing seems to change, the world watches......

  As someonu who lives in Turkiye where most people are Muslims, I can say that people are quite aware of this situations and I have seen protests. Even at schools our teachers talk about this cruelty. But unfortunately I can&apos;t see our government taking any action against China and it is upsetting really. Even more upsetting when I consider the common history we have with the Uyghurs.
