  when i scanned the title, i thought it said 'The Hells Angels Have Taken Over the Vatican'. that would be way more interesting

  For such a vast organization the legal system is either beyond inept or totally corrupt.<br>There is no way these guys don&apos;t slip now and then, yet they are seemingly untouchable.<br>IMO, there is only one reason for this. The system is corrupt to the bone.

  This Yank spent 7 months living at the Ivanhoe in the late 90&apos;s, and saw quite a lot down the block. My days were largely spent on Wreck, with nights at the &apos;hoe, American Cafe, Cobalt, and the No5 Orange. The Angels were always present, overlooking their enterprises and suffering no fools. Great times and memories from my partying days, now enjoying over 20 years of grateful sobriety.

  The war on drugs keep police, courts, jails and prisons in business. There is no place for prohibition in democracy. All drugs should be legalized and any problems should be viewed as public health issues.
