  I have lip tear in my whole entire life and have realtors in my family and I am here to tell you this is not true!!! I think it&apos;s made to pull more people in Oklahoma which Oklahoma is getting higher and higher because all of the people wanting lower cost. Common senses It does not stay low if you&apos;re flooded with out of state people. Along with our lower cost of life is also family values &amp; hard work and persistentness. Most of us have Roots in Oklahoma. We get paid less so of course things cost less. We get a lot of good new people here but we are getting even more rude to people bringing their rude habits that we don&apos;t want!! We get a lot of people that want to move to the country but yet not allow for the drive when you moved to the country. A lot of wildlife is getting slaughtered on the roads because they will not slow down and allow for a longer drive. Also if it is 55 speed limit, at night it should be 45 common sense says there is going to be wildlife crossing the roads. Also slower for bad weather. You can always tell a country person from a city person that moved in the country by the way they drive. Sometimes they&apos;re driving cost them their life!! Not to mention a fence could come down and livestock get out in the roads. People bring their stupidity!! Then of course everything goes up and farmers lose their land. Then greedy housing projects come and buy that land. Then we have idiots to come in not being at a school for generations like the other ones and before you know it they&apos;re knocking old rock schools down voting it in when we&apos;ve already got property on the other side being built on for the schools. New people new rules old land marks tore down! &nbsp;From my old cotton gin to build a stupid dollar store, to an idiot race track by tearing down old rock motels back from the 1800s. These people wanted this town because they fell in love with it when they got here they changed everything and started tearing things down!! If you cannot afford the state that you live in and you move please move and respect that state Don&apos;t bring your idiot ways of life to another state it&apos;s disrespectful. Now We have 500 houses built on land that was from a ranch at the edge of town by a greedy New York investor that also is Texas investors. We are left with speed demons going down our street and an old old school still being used but had a new addition being torn down. I freaking landmark that made everybody sick!! &nbsp;Don&apos;t go to another state because you think it&apos;s cheaper and try to change everything!!!<br>Also don&apos;t believe the lies on here you are not going to get houses that cheap!

  Not to mention the cost of ensuring homes with tornadoes in Oklahoma being most likely the most frequently visited area for tornadoes.

  Cushings is a nice lil town.... their public pool has like 5 water slides (like mini water park) they have theater with balcony... and they serve you food at your seat... I actually really like cushings!!!
