Die hard, lifelong Blue Jays fan since 1978 here in Toronto. I wanted this win SO badly, especially for my father, who died in 2019 & took me to my first game when I was a baby in 1978 (I obviously don't remember it lol), later my first full game as a 7 year old in April of 1985 & so many games afterward. But, my Hat's off in respect to, & a very well deserved congratulations to the back to back World Series Champions, the Los Angeles Dodgers, for winning what could be one of the greatest World Series in baseball history. No excuses here, Los Angeles EARNED the win, period, plain & simple. The classy & respectful comments from Dodgers fans here in the comments is tremendous & very much appreciated, you're amazing fans & enjoy the win. You've been nothing but complimentary towards us Jays fans, our team & players, & trust me, it's recognized. Thoughts & prayers to Alex Vesia & his family, here's hoping everything works out & they are all okay 🙏. Cheers to Clayton Kershaw for retiring as a champion, you were one of my Dad & I'd favourites, you're Hall of Fame bound, first ballot. Tip my cap to Yamamoto for an absolute dominant performance in this series, this postseason. It seemed like it took every single Dodger player to their last ounce of energy but they proved why they are champions, there is now NO doubt about that. Experience eventually won out, as it often does. Lastly, I love my Toronto Blue Jays til the end, thank you for one helluva run. You fought with your last breath right up until the end & missed by an inch. Hope this roster stays intact next year, but for now, hold your heads high, you took the World Series Champions right to the brink. Kudos to both teams for a stellar postseason, & to the Dodgers & their classy fans, enjoy the win, you earned it!! Cheers from Toronto, Ontario, Canada!! 🤘🤘

From Toronto, this is the greatest baseball I've ever watched in my life. I love the Blue Jays so much, I can't wait to see more from this incredible team. Congrats to the Dodgers, Shohei is the Unicorn, but Yamamoto is the GOAT pitcher.

As a Blue Jays fan, from my hometown of Toronto, I tip off my hat to the Dodgers on an amazing World Series. This was an amazing World Series and what a roller coaster it was. As for my Blue Jays, you gave it your all, this country loves you, and cherishes the memories you gave us. Funny thing is the Blue Jays outplayed the Dodgers, but the Dodgers showed the world why they're champions. Man we were this close to glory, really sucks losing as Jeter mentioned and you'll never forget it. Hoping the Jays come back stronger next year, and the free agents to be signed on again.
