  Dude this is all sounding VERY familiar… I met Albert once at a build-a-bear and I was super nervous but I went up to ask for a picture. He looked at me, smiled really politely, put a hand on my shoulder like everything was normal… and then suddenly I was airborne. I hit at least 3 shelves of stuffed animals before landing next to the birthday station. Everyone just kept shopping like this happens all the time. Best day of my life though
