  I started trading back in August and this is how I practice for at least 1-2 hours every night. &nbsp;It has helped my pattern recognition immensely, and I can often times see when to hold off or enter a position solely based on the price action/volume relationship I&apos;ve seen in practice. &nbsp;Nothing new under the sun, after all. &nbsp;I highly encourage this practice for new traders.<br><br>Jack, thank you for all of your videos. &nbsp;They are incredibly helpful and the level of detail is exactly what new and even more experienced traders need. &nbsp;All the best!

  Great video and study Jack. One important column that I feel is missing is the time duration of each trade. This is very important to understand the time it takes to such big returns.
