  I think the most important thing is missed here. A lack of confidence and appreciation of yourself takes a big part of glowing up. I've been through it, and nothing really helped me to think that I'm finally pretty enough to call it a glow up. But when I finally started loving myself the way I am, even when I looked the worst at some period of time, I still thought that I'm gorgeous and nothing can stop me. I stopped giving a damn about anyone's else opinion, because I knew the truth - that I'm beautiful enough for myself, and no one can ruin it. Yes, it took a long time, and I experimented with my looks (which actually didn't came out in a good way), but in the end, I started glowing. Maybe no one saw a difference, but I did, and GOSH how pleasured I feel. Of course these tips are good, and I used a lot of them too, and that made me who I am today. Pretty, confident and self loving. So please, think with a cool head, and fix your mental health firstly. That'll be a massive glow up already. Good luck for everyone and thanks for the video<3

  I wondered why some girls just glowed and i didnt 😩 then i read Stop Feeding Disease by Mark Keller and realized it was internal not external. I addressed my gut health and inflammation and everything changed. Dropped 20lbs, skin glowed and my confidence skyrocketed. feels like i unlocked my potential. this should be mandatory reading.

I’ve been wanting to glow up but I’ve just been feeling like I can’t, I’ve tried everything but I feel like I look the same, I’ve been wanting to glow up and be more productive for my first year of middle school and you’ve inspired me! And I’ve learned from you that a glow up isn’t about just “everything showers” and such, it’s more about how you take care of yourself, and that has helped so much through my glowing up process!💕 thank you so much!
