The fact that this masterpiece of a movie didn’t get a single award nomination at the Golden Globes or Oscar’s is an unforgivable crime against cinema

Powers Boothe’s monotone delivery of, “Well…Bye!” gets me every time. Rest In Peace Legend

Val looked like he was living the character in that interview. Fantastic cast. Couldn’t have been done better

Val Kilmer's version of Doc Holliday will forever be the benchmark for that character.
Kurt Russell made a great Wyatt Earp.
Sam Elliott is a national treasure.
Michael Biehn is criminally underrated.
And R.I.P. to the wonderfully talented Powers Boothe and Bill Paxton.

There’s a reason why we’re still talking about this movie 28 years later. Amazing cast, great script, authentic backdrop, and a crew that actually cared about more than just cashing a paycheck.

Kilmers performance should’ve won awards but also the performance of Powers Booth as Curly Bill was also outstanding

Val Kilmer should have won an Oscar for this amazing performance. It was a disgrace that he did not.

Watching this on Saturday April 5, 2025.
We lost Doc Holiday (Val Kilmer) on April 1, 2025. 😢
Doc Holiday - “There is no normal life Wyatt, there’s just life. Now get on with it…..live every second, live right up to the hilt. Live Wyatt, live for me.”
Thanks for being there Val & providing us with tons of memories. Rest easy Bro. 🥲
