  This is what I managed to understand after watching the video several times: Cache is the character tormented by the entity (we all deduced that). As Zacho says at the end of the video, he was one of the players on the original server. Riley says in the video she secretly sent him that one of his friends said the name "Godwatcher" three times when strange things first started happening on their server. What I believe is that this friend was Cache. Inside the lonely house in the corruption of the new server, the signs tell the story of a boy whose friends stopped seeing or noticing him, how his name disappeared from the list, and how afterward no one logged into the server, leaving him alone. Again, that was Cache. Thus, Cache went searching for them from server to server, but the others couldn't see or notice him. That's why Joel starts saying that he's a spirit that haunts them. This is part of the torture that the "Godwatcher" inflicts on Cache. The person who sends him the video and speaks with him in the book and the Google Doc was indeed Riley. At the end of the video, a blurred chat message can be seen saying something like, "I even let you talk to Riley." Riley also mentions in the Google Doc that she changed his nametag, meaning neither of them would have permission to enter the first server. This indicates that the players on that server switched accounts to see if Cache or the entity would let them play in peace. That's why Joel has a message at the end of the video saying he doesn't even know why he keeps playing anymore, because no matter what they do, Cache always arrives, and the entity corrupts that world to torture him. Cache is the person mentioned in the signs in the new world, when they say, "Enjoy everything until he arrives." The Riley at the end is the entity, revealing everything to him and resetting him for the next torture.
