  I had a dream last night that I saw a tweet that said &quot;Jerma&apos;s doing another lung stream 🙄 he&apos;s really milking that thing&quot; and when I went to look the stream was just Jerma laying there in an old timey medical iron lung, seemingly not for any actual medical reason, trying to convince everyone that it was a great investment and was &quot;really gonna mix things up around here, keep things fresh!&quot; while chat spammed -2 at him. In the dream I think he&apos;d streamed like that almost every day for a week, not playing any games or anything, just laying there.<br><br>Anyway hi everyone lets all enjoy the video
