It's convergent evolution: multiple evolutionary lineages agreeing that a particular body type is best. It's similar to how dolphins and whales look so much like fish: that body type was agreed to be the best for moving in the water.

All forms are exactly this. Another species can end up looking human like and not be human or descend from a common ancestor like we do with apes. Another species can end up looking like an ant and not be an ant
