  The other great thing about a rental, its not miles/wear on your car.  Its on someone else's!!   I keep rooting for the EL&S, hope they are able to keep going and or get more business..

  Thanks for this great video<br>The Milwaukee Road and Chicago North Western had separate bridges crossing the Menominee River at Marinette. &nbsp;About 1970, one of the bridges collapsed, and then the railroads shared the remaining bridge.

  New subscriber from rural central Kentucky where I live next to Norfolk Southern&apos;s busy mainline. Found your videos after YT recommended one of your walking tours of the line dismantling. Now I&apos;m hooked on this rolling car wreck of a railroad. Fascinating rail history of the region tho. That brick Milwaukee depot you filmed caught my eye, reminding me of the one over in Bedford, Indiana - left over from the days when they were thinking of extending their reach to Cincinnati, Ohio (getting as far east as Westport, Indiana - their wood framed freight depot remains in Seymour and has been restored).

  Milwaukee Road built a nice depot in Great Falls, Montana that has been restored. Real nice.

  The line between Crivitz and Marinette closed in the 1970s. Glad to see it open again.
