  I work 14 hour shifts in the sun 6 days a week and barely get rest cuz of my insomnia, but ever since I found this channel I usually get around 6 hours of sleep, compared to my old schedule it’s night and day thx slightly, words CANNOT explain the help you’ve given me to get that bag!

  It worked I just fell asleep halfway into the video and I couldn’t be happier letting the animal within me do this as I the consciousness of the animal can affirm sleep is very important
