  It seems, Cliffe, that debating is your specialty. What is annoying with debates is that when you do answer the debate, the people won&apos;t acknowledge or understand the correctness. So, do you have videos where you just teach on a subject? I like to use Bible verses and your understanding to make the connections within my studies. Getting to know Jesus is what I am doing now. I wasn&apos;t taught that Jesus is God or that He resurrects those who are asleep right at the time He returns in His second coming. I have much to learn. I choose to follow Jesus even if I can&apos;t understand everything. He is my Lord and Savior, died and resurrected for my sins. Glory be to Him! :)

  What “good” reason exists for ANY belief in a supernatural supreme being ? &nbsp;People should simply realize that Thought emerges from the human Ego &amp; insecurities about the “human condition”. There is No good reason in the natural universe to even begin with the idea of an “intelligent designer” ! There is NOTHING in the natural universe that demands a belief in such a “beginning “ because beginnings can more easily be approached and exacted by simply applying what can be known “naturally”. We might not like what we humans find but it would be the objective Truth. What is more important? &nbsp;Truth or emotional security ? Obviously TRUTH is because it is from truth we humans can measure the full value of our lives. <br><br>For example, when a person goes off to work each day, what is it they have to contend with? &nbsp;External realities. To ignore the real world a person literally puts their life in jeopardy because the real world will NOT ignore YOU. Everything we do, everything our lives are premised upon deal directly with the external realities we are subjected to. That’s not to say the human mind might not make up ideas that are totally foreign to the real world, which largely are a waste of time, intellectual energy, natural resources, etc. but all those activities in all likelihood will have little to nothing to do with the survival of Homo sapiens. <br><br>In fact, some religious teachings are actually counter-constructive because it puts off human resolutions to addressing pressing real world issues by convincing everyone that some supernatural “savior” is someday coming to rescue them. A person may as well be the proverbial ostrich with their head buried in the sand. (By the way, ostriches don’t normally do that.) It’s that kind of thinking, not rationally preparing for the future, that leads to the extinction of human societies and possibly the entire specie Homo sapiens. <br><br>I have to chuckle if not laugh out loud when I hear platitudes on the part of parents &amp; grandparents about how much they care about “future generations” while at the same time avoiding personal responsibility for ensure those generation actually have a decent environment to live in. We humans in the meantime are in fact ruining our own planet and many do so on the premise some supernatural entity is (SOME DAY) coming to “save the world”. It’s thinking such as that, born out of human ego and arrogance that does not comport well with “mother or father Nature. Because nature doesn’t care one iota what we humans like or deserve. Every person can deny that but they do so not only at their own peril but the long term survival of humanity. <br><br>And you can witness such irresponsibility on a daily basis by the way 50% of humans operate deadly machinery on the world’s highways. In the U.S. alone on a yearly basis about 25,000 humans are “executed” unjustly “murdered” by other people who have little to no respect for the safety of others. It is not unreasonable to expect that any person wholly buried in nonsense like religion would consciously or otherwise model their behavior upon such ignorance. <br><br>It is claimed by religious people that we are created in the “image of god”, whatever that’s supposed to mean. It’s such a nebulous idea to even be defined properly. Everyone imposes upon it their own level of mental ambiguity as to be utterly meaningless for any practical application. <br><br>In fact, one can easily foresee how such delusional thinking has ALREADY demonstrated to a good degree the extent to which humanity is already on its way to self-destruction. We willfully pollute fresh water sources, the oceans, the land most of us occupy, the air we breathe etc. We build mountains of trash (in fact the American county I live in the highest peak is “trash mountain”. <br><br>Point being… the “promise” there’s some savior coming along (god knows when) to save a select few (400,000 is a really low number considering there are about 5-6 BILLION of you) I strongly suspect we’ll have done ourselves in before any such thing ever happens. All because a vast majority of humans think someone’s going to save THEM. &nbsp;It’s laughable really, bordering on psychopathology.
