Watching Buakauw, he really highlights some fundamentals that Western kickboxing gyms don't work on. The long guard, clinch spin, and push out from clinch are all things drilled daily by real Muay Thai gyms.

Besides his fighting prowess, I think Buakaws simply fearsome conditioning and physical resilience put him as above any Muay Thai fighter. Dude is a beast of a tank.

The man is incredible. The power in his kicks are next level extraordinary and just one would cause the average guy to scream uncle regardless of where it landed. I did a lot of full contact kickboxing in my youth and you can’t imagine the power until you’ve been on the receiving end of it. Speed, breath control, and the fact that he turns his hip over on his turning kicks is how he is able to generate so much devastating power. The man is the ultimate in martial arts-ground game excluded.

this guy seems to have instinct for fighting, he reads his oponents like a book, responds with attacks all the time, even when he is under attack himself, body coordination, speed, skill, all the shit he has.

Your use of the word "cruel" is absolutely accurate, and we should expect no less from the best. Frighteningly good!
