  You are clearly putting a lot of effort in to your videos which makes them an easy watch. Well other than the bit where you are freezing your proverbials off in just a t shirt in Southsea at this time of year 😁. Will be downloading your cost guide although I&apos;m always interested in what I&apos;d need to get a builder in for versus what I can DIY myself which is a real tricky calc to make. <br>Hope you get lots of work out of these videos as it&apos;s definitely great to see what&apos;s possible and I always love seeing end results, virtual or real .. cue the dreamy music.

  Is it wrong that I get a little bit excited and lean forward when the tracing paper comes out. Near fainted when the foam board model got presented. <br><br>I used to work in Western Europe’s largest social housing provider and seeing the small space transforms are so interesting. <br><br>I’m not an architect or builder, just fascinated by the process since our family home got transformed with an extension when I was a child in the 70’s. <br><br>I love your videos man, stay the course, it is transformative for people to see the practical possibilities you showcase.

  Well, I&apos;m back! In this age of AI, how refreshing it is to watch a video that&apos;s actually hand-made by a real person, speaking with his own voice! <br>Apart from the fascination of watching you re-jig layouts and breathe new life into properties, your videos are great in themselves. Works of make-shift art. I love &apos;em and it seems like you have fun making them too. You deserve far more than 13K subscribers so I&apos;ve just increased it by 1.

  As long as you’re not removing a load bearing wall replacing a wall you took down is relatively inexpensive.
