What was needed at the moment. I haven't been able to sleep properly for almost 2 months. I don't feel sleep, myself. my body hurts and I'm tired. my hair is falling out. it's like I'm just struggling. I hate stress. and I'll go to the doctor in at least 2 months, unfortunately not before. I'm alone, in another country from my parents, home, boyfriend, friends. I haven't found anyone in half a year of living in another country yet. I hope it was such a period, and it will be good
