Hey Robin,

I’m an engineer working in MotoAmerica Superbike.
When you were mentioning areas to improve, you mentioned drivability which stood out.

I think there are lessons in engine control strategies that are extremely crucial for a superbike to go quickly that are often not thought of when there are four wheels instead of two. Controlling 225+ wheel horsepower on the side of the tire for example, is extremely challenging.

I didn’t hear any mention of a partner for engine control, or data acquisition. Depending on which route you go down, I may be able to advise or assist.
Best of luck with the new car, I’m excited to see the progress regardless.

As an engineer quite new into my career, with lofty goals of one day doing something very similar to this project. I absolutely cannot wait to see how this new car develops. Please share as much of the technical details as you can stomach. I'll be watching very closely. Godspeed Robin & Team.

I was bummed you weren’t at the race this year with the Wolf, but I’m so excited to hear you’re working on an improved car! Whatever engine you end up choosing for the Manta, PLEASE keep the aggressive anti-lag (even if only for the spectators 😁). I’ll never forget the sound of you braking for that first corner leading up to Ski Area where I was watching the morning of race day in 2023. I think we all heard your anti-lag several corners away before even noticing the chase helicopter! And let me tell you, everybody jumped to their feet the second we heard it and rushed to the barrier to watch for you, that car was a blast to see and hear racing. I’m really excited to see what you guys come up with for this next one!
