Wife smoked 45 years. Diagnosed with cancer in January 2025 and she passed in February 2025 at 63. So fast brutal a horrible way to die. DON'T SMOKE. I quit 50 years ago.

It's important not to work backward from someone's death and automatically blame smoking. Smoking is a major health risk, but the medical history of each individual still matters.

Unfortunately I started smoking 🚬 when I was 14 everyone smoked back in the early 80 s I quit a few times in the past but mentally I was not there yet so I always failed. But I quit smoking last December when I turned 60 and I can honestly say I'm done with smoking it really damaged my lungs that chapter of my life is over I just wish I quit permanently sooner

I smoked for 32 years and I quit 5 years ago and it's the best thing I ever did. Cigarettes are pure poison. Please stop smoking cigarettes if you want to live a longer life...

Craig Ferguson came up with a great quit smoking method. Don't put cigarettes in your mouth and light them on fire. Basically it boils down to what you want the most, do you want another cigarette or do you want a smoke free life.

I quit 25 years ago, while I was still in my 30s. I'm now 63, and probably would not have reached it had i not quite when I did.

One of the fringe benefits of an enlistment in 1967 was being challenged by other sailors and the practiced aggression of Marines. Quitting smoking and working out at the gym did a lot to improve my tough and save face. Thus I began to revive my otherwise athletic body in 1970 after ten years of sometimes heavy smoking to consequently lead an active, successful life.
