  The people involved in directing and writing the movies forgot that the other Houses had relevance to the storyline. Their perspectives as people that hear the rumors around the castle but not that familiar with the trio due to being in different Common Rooms were there in the story to provide a more neutral reaction to the events going on.

  Harry picks Filch’s letter up off the floor and starts examining it right under Filch’s nose. It’s as if Filch doesn&apos;t care at all that Harry is about to find out he’s a Squib. Seeing what the letter is about and who it’s addressed to, Harry hands it back to Filch, who quickly snatches it away.<br><br>It’s a strange scene. Filch would have sooner stepped on Harry’s hand the moment he even tried to touch that letter.
