When the white collar try to honor the blue collar without consulting the blue collar, you get something like this. It's as if decisions were made that didn't travel outside of the corporate board room. In fact, these uniforms look like the color scheme of a white collar office cubicle. Like a Bills fan that also happens to be a desk jockey, decorating his cubicle with Bills stuff. He only wears jeans on Fridays.

The Bills have some of the best colors in the NFL. Yet after months of work a group comes up with this debacle that removes all the elements that uniquely identify a team with a rich tradition and proud fan base and replace them with a generic uniform that could work for any team. The explanation sounds like it was written by a person who has never met any blue collar workers. Did they actually talk to any blue collar Bills Mafia to get feedback?
