That's a gorgeous park! I usually have people mistake my antenna for a fishing pole when opereating the Pony Express Trail here in SF on the end of Pier 7 🤣

My first thought when I saw that Velcro strap was, you could mount that antenna to your wrist while holding your KH1 and operate that way with the counterpoise hanging down from your wrist!!!

Thanks for another fine video. I need to find a "mini-whip" for portable application when a wire won't do, but I'm not at the point for a Buy Once/Cry Once antenna. I really really enjoyed your videos. I have seen your videos using the kx2 with a tuftelnI kneeboard and now the Kh1 with this new kneeboard. I have a kx3 and really like it.
