Why not use the unit to eliminate the infected. Why are all these stories about keeping threats alive their not people they are predators that want to kill people. Who cares about added authorized users just use them to eliminate the infected that helps everyone long term. Why keep the threats alive in background if they put down infected they can start to rebuild a society instead of hiding like prairie dogs
